What can I say about Shane and WhittleStrength? That I'm grateful for his guidance, knowledge, patience and support in my fitness journey. Signing up with Shane was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He's a very approachable, positive and supportive trainer that informs you and genuinely wants you to succeed. Making a commitment to train is hard all by itself but I never dreaded going to train with Shane, It's a great environment to workout in, no judgments just support. WhittleStrength is his own facility with top of the line fitness equipment. He custom tailors quality workouts that rotate regularly. I've been an active member of WhittleStrength since May 2022 and in this time frame Shane has helped me achieve my fitness goals. So far I've lost 20 lbs, a total of 4% body fat and it's only just beginning. I've now committed to a year with Shane because it's a no-brainer, I see results. Shane has an extensive background and knowledge base on what it takes to achieve your desired results both from a nutritional and exercise perspective. He really works with you to understand your goals, as well as tailors the program to you as you go through it in real time. This way, appropriate and impacting adjustments can be made to achieve tangible results. I can't speak more highly of Shane. Personally, he's a stand-up and approachable guy that can get along with anyone. He has all of the credentials you would want in a trainer and has been to some of the best classes in the industry. As a trainer he creates custom programming based on the individual client's goals, anthropometrics, and biomechanics. My experience is that he does not use a cookie cutter approach and tailors all aspects of the programming to the client he is working with. His personal gym is equipped with the best and most cutting edge equipment in the industry in my opinion (Every piece of Prime fitness equipment you would want). I have been a client of Shane for almost 2 years. I have lost nearly 30 lbs and have double the weight I can lift in all aspects. Losing weight while still gaining muscle has been a huge accomplishment with the help of Shane. Shane is a great combination of being patient with his clients and motivating them at the same time. He is always there to assist and answer any questions you may have. I recently tore my meniscus, so the leg classes were a bit rough. Shane was able to tweak leg day for me so I am still strengthening my legs without putting too much on my knee. Shane is a great trainer and would highly recommend him!

I have trained with Shane for over a year and a half. Shane has helped me lose over 10 kg of weight and overcome weight related diseases. He knows his stuff whether it's getting the most out of an exercise or nutrition. He switches up the exercises every 5-6 weeks so a workout with Shane is never boring! More importantly, he is very warm and fun to talk to. He is always listening to his clients and always delivers a great piece of advice in a way that his clients can follow. Shane is great. He understands the science of weight loss and muscle building, and he delivers results. He whipped me into shape for summer in less than two months - not by spending inordinate amounts of time in the gym, but rather by working out smarter. He puts a lot of emphasis on good technique, which will vary depending on your specific fitness goals (e.g. weight loss, strength, muscle growth, etc).
